Fourth Trimester Club

Newborn to 15 weeks

The Fourth Trimester is a term used to describe the special time from when your baby is born to around three months old.  In this crucial period your baby is developing their senses, reflexes and generally getting to know you and their surroundings.

We focus on transition from womb to world in a calming, relaxed environment. We also focus on parenthood after birth, the bond between baby and you and how baby signing can fit into this.

We also invite mum's in late pregnancy to join our sessions which last around 40 minutes.
