Baby Sign Classes

From 4 months upwards

These classes are specifically designed for you and your baby from 4 months to walking.

At each class you will be introduced to signs and gestures that you can then use at home. Sessions are set to stimulate your baby's senses encouraging fine motor skills and hand eye co-ordination.

Books, toys, games, instruments and of course BUBBLES are used to engage little ones.  Familiar Nursery Rhymes are sung and signed along with music from Bella's Band©'.

We use New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL), the 3rd official language of Aotearoa.

Classes last 30 to 40 minutes with time for a cuppa and chat afterwards whilst the children play.  Sessions are booked in a block of 5 (5 weeks). Each block will teach you core signs to use at home and out and about. 

During the year there are other blocks running, each with different themes.
